Privacy Policy

When you complete the Las Vegas Travel Form we collect the details you enter yourself, which typically include:

• Player and parent/guardian names
• Email address and phone number
• Travel dates, arrival and departure times
• Hotel or lodging information
• Family members traveling and any notes you choose to share

The travel form is hosted on Google Forms and responses are stored in the Seven10 Basketball Google account. If you order a shirt, checkout is handled by our third-party store and Seven10 does not receive your payment details.

We use the information you share only to run the Las Vegas trip. That includes:

• Coordinating team events, family activities, and meeting points
• Sending tournament weekend updates, schedule changes, and reminders
• Answering questions about travel, lodging, and logistics

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties outside of what is required to run the trip (for example, sharing a rooming list with a hotel or a group reservation with a restaurant).

Travel form responses are kept for the duration of the current season and reasonably after so we can follow up, plan future trips, and answer questions. You can ask us to remove your response at any time.

The Travel HQ site itself does not require you to sign in. If you install the site to your phone home screen, a small offline cache is stored on your device so the page loads reliably on weak connections. This cache stays on your device and is not shared with us.

You can ask us to review, update, or delete the information you shared on the travel form by contacting Seven10 Basketball directly. If you'd rather not submit the form, you can reach out to your coach or program contact and share your travel details another way.
